From emotion to Essence
There is more to you
than what the mind can explain,
emotion can insist on
and sometimes even dominate,
or the mirror can reflect.
And somewhere, quietly,
you already know that.
✧
For many humans,
seeing themselves begins and ends
with thought,
feeling,
reaction,
and form.
This is who I am.
This is how I feel.
This is what I see.
What if that is only
the nearest surface?
What if beneath emotion,
beneath self-image,
beneath all the ways
you have learned to define yourself,
there is something quieter,
truer,
already here?
Seeing You
is not about improving yourself.
Not about replacing emotion with insight.
Not about reaching a better version of who you are.
It is about opening
to what is already more.
Not with effort.
Not with agenda.
But with a willingness
to pause long enough
to sense beyond what is immediate.
Then emotion softens its claim.
The mind loosens its story.
And something else
begins to be felt.
Not dramatic.
Not distant.
More like a quiet recognition:
there is something here
that has always been me,
and is more than what I took myself to be.
From there,
seeing changes.
You do not look harder.
You allow deeper.
And slowly,
gently,
you begin to see You.
