Sensing what is already here
You may find this deeply familiar from within:
You have already been present
with what you sensed
in unguarded moments:
when you stopped for no reason
when your attention softened
when something caught your attention
when you felt more than you could explain
when you let a moment be what it was.
Often the doubt comes quickly.
Can I really do this?
Am I sensing anything at all?
How do I know it is real?
And then the mind steps in,
trying to understand,
define,
or get it right.
You do not have to learn presence from the beginning.
You are remembering something you already live in small ways.
