Space

Space is not nothing.

It is where something subtle
has room to be felt.

A breath.
A softening.
A quiet sensitivity
that would be missed
if everything keeps filling.

Many humans think of space
as emptiness,
distance,
or absence.

But space can also be kindness.

A kindness
that leaves room
for the pause,
the breath,
the gentleness
of not forcing an answer,
but giving it space to be.

That is space.

Not withdrawal.
Not indifference.
Not doing nothing.

It is a quiet allowing
in which something true
does not have to fight
to be noticed.

And often,
what is most real
does not arrive loudly.

It appears softly,
when there is enough room
for it to come near.

Space is like that.

A simple openness.
A loving pause.
A way of letting life
show more of itself
than the mind first sees.

Sometimes,
that is all that is needed.

A little less filling.
A little more room.

And something in you
can breathe again.
